I’m Nazarena, a Design Lead, currently working at Oracle NetSuite.

I started my career back in 2012 during my Bachelor’s degree in Product & Industrial Design at Politecnico di Milano when, with a bunch of friends, we begun to help high school students pass the Italian Med School admission test, and I was the one in charge with the "design stuff" 🤣.

In 2015, a year before receiving my Master’s degree in Product Service System Design, I had the honor to be the first designer in Instilla, at-the-time a start-up in its very early phase. During the five years I've been a consultant in Instilla, I had the opportunity to work with many great clients, including Soldo, Nexi, EuroMilano, Sorgenia and a lot more.

Between 2019 and 2022 I was a Visiting Lecturer at LUMSA University, where I taught basics of Product and Service Design in the Master in Finance, Technology (Fintech) and Digital Transformation (MFTDT).

I consider myself an analytical thinker and I like to unwrap complex problems, this is why I’m a strong believer in user research and testing. I have worked extensively with end-to-end processes, cross-functional teams and I consider the constant dialogue with stakeholders a necessity for any product success. I love to share working knowledge with designers and non-designer.

For some reason I find HTML & CSS relaxing.

Out of my designer life, I have 20+ years of experience in choral singing, and I always enjoy new books, video games (along with their soundtracks) and great memes.
